GeoFEA is commercial FE software developed by Geosoft Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. GeoFEA is developed largely from the technology evolved from research at the National University of Singapore. GeoFEA is well-suited for 3D analysis of stress, deformation and pore-pressure variations in geotechnical engineering. GeoFEA is designed specifically with the requirements of geotechnical analysis in mind and has facilities to deal with the inherent complexity in geotechnical problems, such as coupled solid-fluid interaction within the soil skeleton, complex construction sequences and non-associated flow behaviour.
